Entry 1: Listening podcasts and applications useful for language
learning.
Listening is one of the
most active language skills. Many language learners focus on speaking a lot,
but don’t take into consideration listening part. It’s an appreciable error. Listening
is a very useful process for language learning, especially listening to
podcasts and applications. Undoubtedly, it has a great number of advantages. First
of all they contain a lot of useful phrases and expressions. Secondly, listening
to podcasts gives us an opportunity to contrast our pronunciation with native speaker’s pronunciation
and correct them. During listening applications I follow English languages
rhythm and tone. One of the advantages of them is that both podcasts and applications
contain many words and collocations. As a result its easier for us to keep it in mind, surprisingly
that after a short period of time you will find it almost impossible to forget.
Owe to development of IT, nowadays
it makes no difficulty to learn languages , because almost each of my
contemporary has an access to the Internet. As Internet contains plenty of information, so we should be able to choose the
most productive.

УдалитьWithout developed listening skills, your speaking skills cannot be good. And I think that podcasts is the great way to develop listening skills, too. I like the fact, that they are not boring, but interesting and funny. Thank you for sharing your ideas about them!
