Reflection

 Now, ICT (Information and Communication Technology) has been used in almost all fields of life, including in education.

To tell the truth at the beginning of course I was not good at ICT.I was only  familiar with basic notion of ICT. I could browse through the Internet and search for necessary information without any difficulties. Nowadays I can easily create an e-Portfolio, presentations, classes. As for me I did not have any concept of it before. I considerably improved  my writing skills as I wrote critical analyses of language learning sites. With a help of my teacher I knew a lot of useful sites which provide us a great opportunity in language learning. I passed FCE, KET tests on examenglish.com and defined  my  level immediately. Before the  course I excepted some improvements in 4 aspects of English, but I did not except that we will create our own courses and class on wiki spaces.

I fulfilled a lot assignments during the  course : wrote entries on different themes, did presentations, created e-portfolios. I consider  that  one of the biggest accomplishments was creating blogs. From the  first sight it seemed a bit complicated process, but it was very exciting process in reality. Now I have my own blog where I share with my writing works and read others work as well. People evaluate my works and give feedback so did I. It is an exciting process.

From my point of view I mastered many skills in ICT course. First of all pronunciation skills, as we used a great deal of internet sources and online dictionaries, which provide British and American pronunciations. I feel significant improvements in 4 aspects of British English such as listening, reading, speaking, writing. During the classes we watched a number of  useful videos which helped us to boast our vocabulary.

It will be no exaggeration if I say that I had a few problems only. One of them was poor time management. It was a bit difficult for me  to pass all assignments on time. Another problem which I faced was investigating language learning sites and write critical analysis on it.

ICT is a form of advanced science technology must be optimized function, especially in the implementation of learning. ICT provides opportunities for students in the era of global competition needs to obtain adequate supplies.
